Restore compatible accounts using a recovery phrase in the official Wavel desktop app.

Import from a recovery phrase

   Open the official Wavel desktop app.

   Select I already have a wallet.

   Create a strong local password for this installation.

   Enter the recovery phrase in the correct order and confirm.

   Review the accounts and networks discovered by Wavel.

   Compare imported account addresses with the wallet you used previously.

Account discovery

A phrase can derive multiple compatible accounts. Different wallets may use different derivation paths, so some networks or account types can require manual addition.

If an account is missing

• Confirm the phrase and word order.
• Confirm that the account type and network are supported.
• Check whether the previous wallet used a different account index or derivation path.
• Do not transfer assets until the imported addresses have been verified.
