Introduction
Wavel is a desktop multichain wallet for managing accounts, tokens, collectibles, swaps, and dApp connections from one place.
What is Wavel?
Wavel gives each action a clear account and network context. Before receiving, sending, swapping, or connecting to an app, you choose which account and network you intend to use.

How Wavel works
| Layer | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wallet | Your recovery phrase controls compatible accounts derived from it. |
| Account | The account whose address and assets you are viewing or using. |
| Network | The blockchain context for an address, asset, fee, and transaction. |
| Asset | A native coin, fungible token, or collectible on a specific network. |

Important principles
- Never share a recovery phrase or private key. Wavel support will never ask for either.
- Network selection is part of every transfer. Matching address text alone does not prove compatibility.
- Most submitted blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Disconnecting a dApp does not remove permissions already recorded on-chain.
